Return & Refund Policy — The Glass Theory

At The Glass Theory, we import premium Korean skincare products and stand behind their quality. Please read our return and refund policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 5 days of delivery, provided:
- The product is unused, unopened, and in its original packaging
- All seals, tags, and labels are intact
- The return request is raised within 5 days from the date of delivery (as per courier tracking)
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
- Products that have been opened, used, or tampered with
- Items without original packaging or missing seals
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or special promotional events
- Requests raised after the 5-day return window
Since our products are imported Korean skincare items, we are unable to accept returns due to personal preference or change of mind once the product has been opened, for hygiene and safety reasons.
Valid Reasons for Return
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:
- You received a damaged or broken product
- You received a wrong product (different from what you ordered)
- The product arrived in a defective condition
In all such cases, a video/photo proof of the issue must be shared at the time of raising the return request.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at contact@theglasstheory.com within 5 days of delivery
- Include your Order ID, a clear photo/video of the product issue, and a brief description
- Our team will review and respond within 2 business days
- If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address
Refund Process
Once the returned product is received and inspected:
- Prepaid Orders: Refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days
- COD Orders: Refund will be issued via bank transfer / UPI — you will be asked to share your account details at the time of approval
Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (wrong or defective product).
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please place a new order after your return is approved and refund is processed.
Shipping for Returns
- If the return is approved due to our error (wrong/damaged product), reverse pickup is free of charge
- In any other eligible case, return shipping cost will be communicated at the time of approval
